Joanna Komorowska - A migration that grew into a partnership.
Joanna designs and handcrafts jewelry, decorations and objects made of metal, concrete, wood and living plants. Every piece is different. Her Wix store had, for a long time, struggled to keep up with what a growing business needed.
The breaking point came when it turned out Wix didn't support Apaczka - a Polish shipping management platform. Every package required manual handling.
Joanna came to us with a specific problem.
We proposed a specific solution.
A migration with zero downtime
In a week and a half, we moved the entire store from Wix to WooCommerce - every product, page and piece of content, in two language versions. Along the way, we fixed key bugs and inconsistencies that had piled up over the years on the old platform.
Apaczka, PayU and Google Analytics were connected right away. Joanna stopped hand-writing courier labels on day one after launch.
A homepage that tells a story
The old Wix homepage held just a handful of photos. Unique handmade pieces got lost behind a plain interface that didn't encourage visitors to stay.
After the migration, we rebuilt the homepage. We added an "About me" section, featured bestsellers, customer reviews and a clear split between handicraft and workshops.
Now the site guides the customer - from first impression to completed order.
The result?
It's hard to talk numbers when there's no baseline from before the migration.
But there's one result that says it all.
Joanna stayed.
After the project wrapped up, she chose to keep working with us on an ongoing basis - she raises new needs, we implement them. The store grows alongside her business, while she focuses on what she does best: creating.
